We worked with STAIR Galleries, one of America's leading regional auction houses, to transform their visual identity and develop comprehensive brand guidelines for their team to implement and use across all collateral output and communications, as they celebrated their 25th year in business.

They needed a new identity that would elevate the way their audience perceived the brand, attract new and younger clientele, and most importantly a system of flexible, cohesive and functional brand assets, and unified standards, that their leadership and in-house marketing team could use consistently for a high-volume of marketing collateral and communications output across channels.
We created a modern yet heritage custom wordmark that celebrates their particular expertise in furniture, decorative arts, fine art, and luxury goods, and their mission to celebrate Interesting Things, From Interesting People. We considered their unique appraisal and selling processes and offerings, their clientele, and their legacy as a multigenerational family of auctioneers.
Along with the custom wordmark, we created company wordmarks for trademarking, a system of supporting typography, and an elevated color palette. They quickly adopted the new identity, and rolled it out across their new website, social media and email communications.
